How do we confirm and pay?
Phone or email is fine. We will require 25-50% deposit to confirm the booking. Balance is required in full prior to setting up unless alternatively pre-arranged. Deposits can be taken as cheque or direct credit, sorry no credit card facilities.
How much notice is required?
We prefer as much notice as possible, especially if your event is during the weekend, however we are able to take short notice bookings subject to availability. Why not call and check with us.
What are your prices?
These differ from job to job due to many variables like distance, times, operators, etc. If it's the lowest rate you're looking for, you will probably get what you pay for and we suggest you look else where. The best thing to do is contact us for a personalised quote,
you may even be pleasantly surprised. Total Entertainment will not jeopardise your once in a lifetime event over price, but we guarantee to provide the best service possible to ensure the success of your special occaision.
What about our safety?
All equipment is designed to be as safe as possible, regularly serviced and has annual testing. Each promotion is run by experienced operatives who are ambulance trained and carry comprehensive first aid kits.
Can we have promotion inside?
Absolutely, if the area is large enough for your particular choice.
Can we have promotion outdoors?
Definitely, grass is preferable but we can utilise almost any surface. Ground must be clear of small rocks and sharp stones as they may pierce the mats and halt your fun.
Can we have equipment overnight?
Only if supplied with our operatives.
Do we have to take our shoes off when using the inflatables?
Yes. Shoes, food, drinks and sharp objects are not allowed on any of our inflatables.
Do we have to wear the protective gear?
Yes. Health and safety guidelines won't let us operate otherwise, and we do not want to compromise your safety.
How long do you need to set up?
Varies on the promotion, up to one hour prior to function start, normally at no extra charge.
What kind of lighting is included?
Multi-coloured, multi-patterned, intelligent disco effects lighting that moves and pulses to the beat of the music.
What will the DJ wear?
Tidy casual to formal - feel free to contact us for specific requests.
What kind of music do you play?
We cater for all ages and musical tastes. You can stipulate the music you want to hear, talk to our booking manager today.
